Rural tourism : Like other villages in the peirphery, numerous kibbutzim have adopted rural tourism as an additional and important soucre of income . Due t0 the1 r geographical dispersion, many kibbutzim are situated in magnificent landscapes and 0 Pen spaces and they make good use of their resources ( buildings and Personnel ) that have become available due to the technological and economic changes that have taken Place m recent decades . In 2004, there were a total of 109 guest units in the kibbutzim 17 1 n the north, 25 in the south, 10 in the Jerusalem area, and three in the center ofthe country .
