Almuntada Altakadumi ( "The Progressive Forum "; director : Waji Sidawi ) is a non-partisan , non-profit NGO founded 1989 . Based in Arara , a village in the Wadi A'ra triangle ( the Arab-populated area east of Hadera ) , the organization operates nation-wide to advance civic equality , promote democratic values , and empower the Arab community in Israel specifically Arab women ) in order to build a progressive , tolerant , civic society , combating all forms of fanaticism . Among its many endeavors , Almuntada Altakadumi has launched a unique naming project , piloted in the Arab village of Judeide-Maker .
