A differentiated voice of Oriental Jewish ( Mizrahi ) art has penetrated into the arena , bringing with it an acute political awareness , different modes of work and different aesthetics . Exhibitions , seminars and symposiums are being held , and this issue is now on the agenda . One of the motivating forces behind this process is artist Shula Keshet , graduate of the Art Teachers' Training College , Ramat Hasharon , who in the past few years has cu rated and created severa l exhibitions , the most recent one entitled Mizrahi Reading .
