The research, based on 15 semi - structured interviews conducted during the first months of the war, focused on the teachers' emotional experiences and their coping resources . The findings indicate that while they faced challenges from both staff and students, they also received significant support resources from the school principal, educational counselor, and school staff . The teachers developed coping strategies, including cautiousness and restraint, and adopted a new identity to deal with identity confusion and conflicts .
