Its founders were people of various skills – intellectuals, writers and artists . The women of Ein Harod possessed a revolutionary - socialist - feminist consciousness and contributed greatly to the position of women kibbutz members in the society . This article presents their educational activities in the kibbutz, such as setting up collective childcare, as well as their efforts toward the establishment of the state .
