Its founders were people of various skills – intellectuals, writers and artists . The women of Ein Harod possessed a revolutionary - socialist - feminist consciousness and contributed greatly to the position of women kibbutz members in the society . This article presents their educational activities in the kibbutz, such as setting up collective childcare, as well as their efforts toward the establishment of the state . Their contribution to the design and development of the educational system, formation of curricula, and development of pedagogic theory all significantly impacted the kibbutz movement and the entire Yishuv .
