In the education system, it represents the social and professional networks among school community and forms a virtual "hidden," informal sub - organization, which interacts alongside and with the formal organization and may share its unique laws, values, and norms . This study aims to provide a validated tool for measuring teachers׳ perception of "principal׳s leadership presence in social media networks" . Participants were teachers – 180 ( 77 % ) women and 55 ( 23 % ) men . The final version of the 235 research tool was a 14 - item questionnaire, with items rated on a 6 - point Likert scale .
