ABSTRACT Weighing the Changes ­ Part 2 : Interviews and Observations In studying the results of the changes, we have to relate to the micro level, to the individual kibbutz . Thus, while the research deals with each kibbutz separately, the analysis focuses on the change itself . At the first stage the aim of the study was to examine the following : What took place in a particular kibbutz after the introduction . 1 of the change under scrutiny ? Did the behaviorof the members change within the context of . 2 the change, andif so, how ? How did the members perceive that specific change in view . 3 of the experience accumulated ? At the second stage we compared the results of the change in various kibbutzim which had adopted it, and we tried to ifnd similarities .
