. and communication and the "supports" for the "political system" In the author's opinion the communicational framework and the politlcal organization has not followed the changes in growth, complexity and environmental impacts in Kibbutz generally and in the larger Kibbutzim especially . Some solutions in the administrative and communicational framework are presented by the author in five schemes . The schemes represent a developmental approach where the solutions are moving from the less compl tea ted ( and less developed ) towards the more complicated and more developed system . Finally a com­ prehensive solution ( schemeNo . 5 ) is suggested . The changes in the administrative and communicational system in the author's approach, have to reflect strongly the changes in the expec­ tations of the Kibbutz population and have to provide suff i­ cient instruments to maintain the characteristical democratic stuctures of the large Kibbutz commun i ty , wi th a strong emphasize on new forms...  אל הספר
