Nurit Dvir holds a PhD in Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem . She is a Senior Lecturer at the Kibbutzim College, where she teaches courses on qualitative research methods and various courses in pedagogy . She is an advisor in professional development courses for teacher educators, and a tutor in the program for the Professional Development of Teacher Educators at the MOFET Institute . Dvir’s articles, published in Israel and overseas, are based on narrative research of personal and professional life stories that shed light on the professional world and identity of educators .
