means such date as the Secretary of State may by order appoint ״ the relevant date ״ or such later date as he may determine in the case of the school in question . 111 Supplementary provisions about home-school agreements have regard to any guidance given from time to time by the Secretary of State . ( 1 ) In discharging any function under section 110 the governing body of a school shall ( 2 ) If the Secretary of State by order so provides , the governing body of a school or ( as the case may be ) in a parental declaration .
